Calling all middle-schoolers! 

Every Friday afternoon from 3:30-4:30 p.m. in the Richmond Heights Library program room, meet Wash U. students from Studio: TESLA who will lead you through adventures in STEM!  From puking pumpkins to roller coasters, you’ll have a fresh challenge each week.  Best of all, you’ll meet new friends, have fun, and learn something new.

Listen in and ask questions of Kate Beason, author of the full-length graphic novel Ducks: Two years in the Oil Sands and Hark! A Vagrant!. The graphic novel follows Beaton after university as she heads out west to take advantage of Alberta’s oil rush.

This group meets every second Wednesday of the month at 7 pm. No registration is required--drop in! Members read a variety of fiction and nonfiction works. April's selection is Factory Girls by Michelle Gallen. (Recommended for anyone missing their Derry Girls fix!)
